Go Yankees!
Daddy took me to the tax man, Stu, today. Why is that a big deal? Because mommy and daddy's tax guy is a huge Yankees fan too. He has two seats from the Original Yankee Stadium in his waiting room. Check me out on seat 11. Mommy made sure I was dressed appropriately for the meeting(I even have Yankee socks on). Stu was as impressed with me as I was with him.(He had on a Yankee logo tie). I hope mommy and daddy take me to a game this season.

My 1st trip to the dentist
I had my 1st visit to the dentist today! I really liked the waiting room at MagicLand. They had fun toys on the wall, a train running through the office and a mini movie theater. I was not very fond of Dr.Mike trying to look in my mouth, but he discovered that my top molars are on their way in. The top right is actually poking through, that explains my recent moods and "only mommy" phase. The dentist says I have excellent oral hygiene and even gave me a new toothbrush and a purple balloon! It was quite exciting overall. The tiny chip in my front tooth is ok. I cut my lip when I was sprinting from Nana on the path last week. That was a fun game... until I fell.
Mommy and daddy took me to a new Parkette after my long nap. We had a great time.
Oh, and I got to meet Logan's brand new little sister, Lily today. I made sure to sneeze right on her little head while she was sleeping. (oops, scuuze me.)

Spring Break
Wow, a Sunday during spring break at Disneyland was certainly a experience that we will not repeat. (It's a good thing our neighbor got us in for free.) It was much more enjoyable last month in the slow season. I still had a good time, but the crowds were out of control. Nana got lucky with no wait for the single riders on all the big rides while I was napping. The only ride we took the time to wait for was Peter Pan because Nana said it would be my favorite. It was quite fun. The highlight of my day was when I got to meet Mickey Mouse in Toon Town. We toured his house and didn't know we would see him at the end. I screamed "MickMick!!!" when we got in the room with him. It was so exciting. I showed him my new Minnie doll and everything! The petting zoo and carousel are still among my favorites. We'll probably buy the season pass next fall.
I had a great visit with Nana last week and keep asking when she is coming back from that bus ride she took to see Mike and Daisy. Speaking of Daisy... Kiwi now has a name instead of just "oofy", I call him "Kiki" and my stuffed dalmatian is named Daisy now, just like Nana's dog that I see on video chat each week. Everywhere I go, I must have Daisy, Minnie, Oofy1 AND Oofy2 (not to be confused with oofy1. I know the difference, even in the dark, and oofy2 will never be a substitute for the original. I must suck on oofy1's ear when I sleep.) I meltdown if they ever leave my side. Mommy had to go back to the car numerous times to get all of my friends as she was paged at the gym to come get me. My new nanny, Reyna lets me take them all on my lap in the stroller to the park when she watches me on Fridays. Mommy has to do a lot of toy washing lately. I cried for just 6 minutes in the nursery at church this morning. I'm getting better, but I am definitely going through another "mommy phase" lately. They were finally able to distract me with crackers and a glitter project. I am enjoying mommy's time at home. We are back to our play-dates with my friends and fun activities. Mommy takes me to Boba for a special treat. I like the couches there and they have fun cards to play with. My favorite saying of the week is "Rock a Baby". I know my colors and numbers now! Oh and mommy and daddy are loving daylight savings because I sleep from 7pm to 8am now! Whoohoo!

18 month well baby check
At Kana's 18 month appointment she measured in at 29lbs, 8oz. and 33.5 inches tall! She's still above the 95th percentile on the growth chart. The pediatrician asked if she was speaking 5 words or more. We stopped writing them down about a month ago when she surpassed 75 words and started repeating every word she heard. "Aquaphor", "Elmo", "Mick-Mick" and "snack" are among her current favorites. She loves to talk, jump, color everything in the house with her new crayons, and hunt for pinecones this week. She also likes to tell us that she is a "good girl". ;o) We're taking "baby gymnastics class" starting this month. We can't wait! ;o)

A Very Merry UnBirthday to Me
I understand that I missed posting on my half birthday last week. I am 18 months old now! The people I live with have been slacking on taking dictation. They claim they are tired from "work" and "taking care of me." Talk about lame excuses. Anyway here are a few pics I think you might enjoy.
Check out my cool Ponies!
Playing in my box.
Playing dress-up at the store with Auntie Steph.
On the beach with Mommy.
