Gymnastics Class

Here are some pics from my Redondo Beach gym class today! I love swinging on the rings. I've already mastered my somersaults, balance beam & bear crawl. It's a really fun class!

So Cal Summer in January

What a great start to the new year. I started my new gymnastics class (which I love!), library story time is back in session (I still choose to sit with a blank stare, then sing the songs with all the hand motions later when I'm home), playdates are back on (as my BFF's have returned from holiday in Europe), plus I have all these new exciting toys from Christmas to play with!
Daddy took me to Disneyland and the Aquarium last week and Mommy took me to CA Adventure today! We've had some great weather the past couple weeks so I've been taking full advantage of the sunshine! I've had quite a few beach days with my friends. We love rolling down the sand hill, making sand angels, playing on swings & running wild.

Elk Grove

Here are some iphone snapshots of my visit to the farm last week. I got to eat dim sum as soon as I arrived this time! I was excited to see Kiwi, Daisy, Nana & Gung-Gung, but Reggie (the bird) was the highlight of the trip!







I am such a good traveler now! Mommy is so proud of her big girl. We even had to go to LAX twice to get on a flight and I was cool as a cucumber. Mommy is always a stress case, but I thought it was really fun to ride the bus from the parking lot to the airport and then put Oofie through the "security tunnel of fun". I really wanted to get naked at security, but mommy wouldn't allow it. It's a good thing mommy used her badge to skip the line so we didn't have to wait with the commoners and possibly miss our second flight attempt. We ran to the gate just as they were calling our name and I got so excited that I peed on mommy through my jammies! Fun times. ;o)
I was a pretty good sleeper on the trip. This is a first. I usually like to stay up and party when we travel. Nana gave me my own big comfy bed with lots of blankets and stuffed animal friends, so I was comfortable enough to get the sleep I needed. I am not one of those kids that can skip a nap, I really need my beauty rest. I'm growing like a weed. I still sleep 12 hours a night (7pm-7am) plus about a 2 hour nap at noon.
Since I was such a good girl on the trip, mommy decided that I'm ready to start sleeping in a toddler bed! Daddy took the crib rail off and made it into a big girl bed today, just for me!!! I'm growing up so fast!

Looking Back on Christmas

I had the most exciting Christmas ever. Santa brought me so many presents that it took over 3 hours to open them all!
