Looking Back on Christmas

I had the most exciting Christmas ever. Santa brought me so many presents that it took over 3 hours to open them all!

Happy New Year!

We had a huge bash at our place tonight with a very selective guest list. Only three people got in. I bet you can't guess who they were. That's silly, you know that it was Mommy, Daddy and me (well... plus all my dollies & stuffed animals, of course). We had lots of yummy food & music like the big people parties and we were all dressed up for the event. We started early and went until almost 7pm. Super Crazy! I really liked the sparkling cider but I think it went to my head. I got a bit crazy later in the evening. I'm sure Mommy and Daddy will be paying for that in the morning. Don't they know they should have cut me off after the first cup? I know Mommy and Daddy wanted to go out late tonight but I think I got them tired enough that they will appreciate celebrating the New Year early so they can get some sleep before I wake them up around 6am. I know some of you have been waiting for photos from Christmas. I will get them up soon. I've been so busy playing with all my new toys that I kind of forgot. I know 2011 will be a great year. This is the year I turn 3!

What's a girl to do?

Mommy was doing some dishes when she heard a crunching sound. This is what she found.

Dislocated Elbow

Kana fell walking home from the park with the nanny on Friday. Her arm was hanging limp and she said her left hand hurt. It was so awful to see her suffering. We thought her hand might be broken after she was awake most of the night. She is a lefty, so she couldn't even suck her favorite thumb to get to sleep. We took her to Pediatric Urgent Care this morning and found out that her elbow had been dislocated. Luckily, nothing was broken. The doctor popped it back in and gave Kana some stickers. She's been a happy camper ever since. She took a nice long nap and finally got to eat sushi (CA Rolls) that she's been asking for all week.
